Academy Manager

Position Summary
The Academy Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the academy, ensuring the effective delivery of academic programmes, maintaining high educational standards, and managing administrative functions. The role involves leading faculty and administrative teams, enhancing the student experience, and driving the academy's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of academic programmes.
Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with organisational objectives and quality standards.
Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing improvement initiatives where needed.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic schedules.
Operations Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and organisational standards.
Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise faculty and administrative staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Student & Parent Relations
Oversee admissions, enrolment, and orientation processes.
Address student and parent enquiries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
Promote student engagement, well-being, and academic success.
Business Development
Support marketing and student recruitment initiatives.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, industry partners, and the local community.
Identify opportunities to expand academy programmes and services.
Financial & Administrative Management
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets.
Manage academy resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective operations.
Prepare operational, academic, and performance reports for senior management.
Quality Assurance
Monitor teaching quality and student satisfaction.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance academic and operational performance.
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and accreditation requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Relevant certifications in Educational Leadership or Management are an advantage.
