About the job

CTS Group SA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful professional to join our team in our office in Lisbon. This position is a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM implementation experience.
• Intermediate – Minimum 7 years in BIM coordination and management.
• Senior – Minimum 10 years with BIM strategy and implementation leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
• Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650).
• Experience with data center or large-scale project BIM.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

TASKS

• Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols.
• Create BIM models for projects.
• Manage BIM coordinators and team members.
• Perform quality assurance on BIM models.
• Conduct BIM training and workshops.
• Resolve coordination issues and clashes.
• Ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare BIM documentation and reports.
• Implement new BIM technologies and tools.
• Monitor BIM performance and efficiency improvements.
