CTS Group SA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful professional to join our team in our office in Lisbon. This position is a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree is preferred.
• Juniors – Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering design.
• Intermediate – Minimum 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure design.
• Senior – Minimum 10 years with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and soil mechanics.
• Experience with CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• English proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong technical knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with foundation design and site layout optimization.

TASKS

• Conduct site surveys and geotechnical assessments.
• Design foundations, retaining walls, and excavation plans.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform calculations for load-bearing capacity and stability.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Monitor construction activities and quality assurance.
• Prepare project reports and design documentation.
• Assess environmental and sustainability impacts.
• Provide technical guidance during construction phases.
