CTS Group SA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful professional to join our team in our office in Lisbon. This position is a full-time position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years in communications infrastructure.
- Experience with fiber optics and network cabling.
- Knowledge of telecommunications standards.
- Certifications in cabling systems (BICSI, etc.) are preferred.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
We are looking for someone who:
- Expert knowledge of communications systems.
- Strong understanding of network architecture.
- Knowledge of cabling and fiber optic systems.
- Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with redundancy and failover systems.
- Attention to detail in design.

TASKS
- Design communications infrastructure.
- Specify cabling and connectivity systems.
- Develop network topology diagrams.
- Coordinate with IT and electrical teams.
- Perform cable routing and planning.
- Ensure compliance with communications standards.
- Oversee infrastructure installation.
- Test and commission systems.
- Troubleshoot communications issues.
- Document infrastructure specifications.
