Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Juniors – Minimum 2 years of on-site construction experience.
• Intermediate – Minimum 5 years in site management roles.
• Senior – Minimum 10 years with complex project site management.
• Valid health and safety certifications.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety codes.
• Experience with construction planning and scheduling.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

• Document construction activities and changes.
• Manage quality control on-site.
• Handle construction disputes and issues.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
