KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for HR work being carried out in accordance with requirements from legislation, ISO 45001 and other internal guidelines in the business
- Responsibility for the preparation of the Recruitment Strategy
- Responsibility for the preparation of Personnel and salary policy
- Responsibility for competence and organizational development
- Responsibility for preparing the HR Strategy
- Responsibility for operative HR tasks - personnel administration
- Responsibility for keeping professionally up-to-date in laws, regulations, standards and internal guidelines related to HR
- Responsibility for reporting internally in the business and within the group on given HR parameters
- Responsibility for reporting deviations and contributing to implementing improvement measures
- Responsibility for concluding framework agreements with rental companies
- Contribute to leadership development
- Participate in verbal warnings when necessary
- Arrange for written warnings
- Facilitate change notices
- Ensure professional handling of personnel matters or conflicts
- Ensure an interface between management and other employees regarding personnel policy
- Follow up on deviations and unwanted incidents related to HR
- Follow up that measures from risk assessments and other HR measures are implemented
- Demonstrate understanding and compliance with processes in NordicEPOD's management system
- Strive for the best possible relationship of trust with the customer, other business relationships and public authorities when this is relevant.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education in HR, experience can compensate for lack of education
- Minimum 7+ years' experience from a similar position
- Relevant experience, up-to-date knowledge of current laws/regulations/standards
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- High degree of accuracy and structure in the work
- Good collaboration skills at all levels in the business
