CTS Group SA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful professional to join our team in our office in Lisbon. This position is a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• Experience in BIM and Revit management, including oversight of large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in BIM management, Revit implementation, and the application of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools.
• Intermediate: Minimum 2 years.
• Senior: Minimum 4 years
• English Proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Develop, communicate, and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Revit implementation with project and organizational goals.
• Provide strategic oversight of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaborative modeling during critical project phases.
• Implement scalable workflows to enhance task management efficiency across multiple projects.
• Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of Revit models on complex, large-scale projects, ensuring model accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the quality and completeness of BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations across all BIM processes.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive BIM documentation, including model coordination and project deliverables.
• Maintain adherence to company processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in all BIM activities.
